Every model on this page comes from the same Waterwave range we install across Mallorca. The main split that matters when choosing between them is the swim layout, not the brand.
1-Zone models combine the counter-current swim area and the seating/hydrotherapy area in a single compartment. They are the more compact, more affordable option, and — as the electrical section below explains — the models we currently offer on a single-phase (230V) connection are all 1-Zone.
2-Zone models physically separate the swim lane from the spa seating, so one person can train while another relaxes at the same time. They are larger, heavier, and — because both systems run together — generally need a three-phase (400V) supply.
Our most compact and most requested layout: a genuine swim current plus hydrotherapy seating in one shell, with the smallest footprint and — on these three models — a realistic path to a single-phase (230V) connection.

A separate swim lane and hydrotherapy zone in one unit — the right choice when more than one person will use the swim spa at once, or when you want a genuine dedicated training lane alongside full seating.
This is one of the most practical constraints on swim spa selection in Mallorca. A 1-Zone swim spa can generally run on a dedicated single-phase (230V) circuit with the correct fuse rating — the three models above (Altai, Orlando 45, Colima) are the ones we're currently prepared to offer on that basis, subject to a site inspection. A 2-Zone model runs a separate swim system and hydrotherapy zone at the same time, which typically requires a three-phase (400V) connection.
Not every property on the island — particularly older villas, fincas and some more remote plots — has three-phase power available. If yours only has single-phase, ask us about a phase-converter solution: we work with a specialist partner who can supply a converter to generate a three-phase supply from an existing single-phase connection, making 2-Zone models possible without upgrading the main connection. Swim spas are considerably larger and heavier than whirlpools, especially once filled — a 2-Zone model can weigh several tonnes with water and bathers. A level, reinforced concrete foundation (or a structurally appropriate terrace or platform) is required, along with sufficient access for crane or lifting equipment during delivery.
A free-standing, above-ground swim spa placed directly on a prepared level base is generally treated as a portable structure and in most cases does not require a building licence. Sunk-in or terrace-integrated builds normally require a licencia de obra from the local ayuntamiento — exact thresholds vary by municipality, so we always confirm the requirement for your specific property before work begins.
