Buying a whirlpool is one day. Keeping it running is the next ten years. On an island that matters more than it does on the mainland: when a circulation pump gives up in August, the question is not what the part costs, it is how long you wait for it. Maintenance, spare parts, water treatment, control systems, pumps, heaters, filtration and repairs are all part of what we do, and we carry the common parts in stock in Llucmajor — so a fault is usually measured in days, not in weeks waiting for a container from the mainland.
Service is not subcontracted. The team that plans a crane lift and sets a spa on its base is the team that opens the technical bay two years later. That is also why we take the pictures: a repair is as much a part of the work as an installation, and it says more about what you are buying than any brochure does.

This spa sits sunk into a tiled terrace, which means the entire technical installation lives in a shallow bay underneath the deck: pumps, heater, control pack, filtration and every pipe run packed into a space you reach lying on your side. After years of service the circulation pump and the heater had both reached the end of their working life. The spa still held water and still looked immaculate from above — everything that had failed was out of sight.
We drained down to the technical level, isolated the electrics, and worked through the bay step by step: the old circulation pump out with its unions, the heater assembly disconnected from the control pack, the pipework checked for the hairline leaks and salt deposits that quietly tell you where the next failure will be. Both the replacement pump and the replacement heater came off our own shelf in Llucmajor. Nothing had to be ordered, nothing had to be shipped, and no one had to be told to wait until after the summer.
With the new pump fitted, the unions resealed and the heater reconnected, the system was refilled, bled, and run through its full cycle before we left: circulation, heating, jets, filtration and the control panel all tested under load. A repair is only finished when the spa has been running long enough to prove it.

Costa de la Calma — light repaired, cover replaced
Not every call is a major failure. The owner of this ten-year-old spa found a broken piece of lamp glass floating in the water and sent us a photograph. Small faults like this are worth fixing properly rather than living with: a damaged lens lets water reach the lamp housing, and what starts as a cosmetic problem ends as an electrical one.
We traced the fault from the technical bay behind the panel, fitted a new lens, tested the light and refilled the spa. The thermal cover had also reached the end of its life — waterlogged, heavy, and no longer insulating, which on a spa that runs through the winter costs real money in electricity every single week. A new cover is on its way and will be fitted on the next visit.

Sunken Hot Tub Installation
An unused terrace turned into a fully integrated hot tub platform: custom excavation, a reinforced concrete base, hidden plumbing and electrics, and premium composite decking with concealed technical access.
Every installation starts on paper. Levels, drainage falls, load distribution across the base and the route for every pipe and cable are set out before anyone starts digging — which is why a finished deck sits flush and the technical access ends up somewhere you can actually reach.
A round spa recessed flush into a corner garden, with structural reinforcement, waterproofing and full technical access kept reachable below the deck — a minimalist finish that hides everything it needs to.
The drawing decides where the spa sits, how the structure carries it and how much tolerance is left around the shell. It also decides what happens in five years: pump positions, filter access and service clearances are drawn in from the start, so a repair later never means breaking open a finish.
