Planning & Construction Process

This project transformed an underutilised corner of the garden that previously housed a traditional Mallorca water storage tank. After removing the obsolete structure, the space provided the ideal foundation for a fully integrated sunken jacuzzi installation, creating a functional and elegant outdoor wellness area. At the same time, it allowed us to revitalise a forgotten and previously unused part of the garden. To ensure long-term practicality, the installation was designed with a custom-built maintenance access point concealed beneath the terrace, providing easy access to technical components while preserving the clean architectural appearance of the outdoor space.
