Almost every swim spa on this page is between 4 and 7.5 metres long and around 2.25 metres wide. That single fact rules out more terraces than any other consideration, which is why this page leads with the measurements rather than with the photographs.

Weight, and why it matters here
Each card shows the empty weight of the shell as published by the manufacturer. A swim spa holds several thousand litres, so the filled weight is a multiple of that figure — which is exactly why the empty weight alone is not enough to judge a floor.
On a roof terrace, a balcony, or any floor with living space underneath, have the load checked by a structural engineer before ordering. An engineer works in kilograms per square metre rather than a single total. We supply the manufacturer figures in writing so that calculation can be made.
At ground level on a properly prepared base the weight is rarely the problem. Access usually is: a 7.5 metre shell has to reach the garden in one piece, and that is a crane question, not a spa question. We check it before anything is confirmed.
